The “Comfortable and Responsible” report is the third responsibility report prepared by Żabka Polska. It is a compendium of knowledge about the activities undertaken by the Group in the area of sustainable development in 2020. It was prepared in accordance with the international non-financial reporting standard of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in the CORE version and the recommendations concerning non-financial reporting contained in the World Economic Forum publication “Measuring Stakeholder Capitalism: Towards Common Metrics and Consistent Reporting of Sustainable Value Creation”. It also refers to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. The report has been independently and externally verified for the first time by the international company Ernst & Young Audyt Polska.

The information, which can be found on over 170 pages, presents more than 80 thematic and profile indicators, and is divided into 7 chapters that reflect the assumptions of the organisation’s responsibility strategy. The publication includes the commentary of the company’s President, information on the management structure and the company’s performance, description of the business strategy and the company’s activities during the pandemic. The last part of the document – We look to the future – describes the key trends identified and the company’s response to them. The data in the report are presented in a clear way, with infographics highlighting key facts and ambitious commitments undertaken by Żabka.
