mBank is among 380 companies in 2021 from around the world that have been included in the latest edition of Bloomberg’s index about Gender Equality.

The index inclusion is based on an assessment that covers five major areas areas related to gender equality. mBank’s strengths include among others actions for reducing the gender pay gap, for equal access to promotions, for offering flexible working hours and other solutions that help to combine professional duties with family life.

Gender equality is a key topic for the bank because women account for 60.5% of its employees and 37.6% of senior management. Nevertheless the activities of the bank that focus on gender equality do not focus only on employees but also on the communities and customers.

The Bloomberg Gender Equality 2021 index covers 380 companies from 44 countries and 11 economic sectors.
