HEINEKEN Slovensko, as a leader on the Slovak beer market, has long focused its business towards sustainability. For several years now, it has been behind the Let’s Get a Better World initiative, in which it is now coming up with a new strategy based on three main pillars: environmental protection, social sustainability and responsible alcohol consumption.
As part of the newly established strategy, the company has committed itself, inter alia, to carbon neutrality in production by 2030, to balance the ratio of women and men in senior management to 40% of women by 2030, but also to reduce water consumption to 2.9 hl. per hl of beer produced.
