Bank BNP Paribas was once again included in the group of the most mature companies in the field of diversity management and building an inclusive organizational culture. On the occasion of Diversity Month, the Responsible Business Forum has published a list of the most advanced employers in the field of diversity & inclusion. The list is based on the results of the Diversity IN Check study.
The survey allows for an objective and reliable assessment of the management of diversity and inclusion in the organization. The cross-sectional questionnaire covers five areas: governance fundamentals, programs and activities, building commitment, result indicators, and additional questions related to COVID-19. In the list published on the occasion of Diversity Month, the organizations that obtained the highest results were found.
For the third time, the bank was included in the list of organizational maturity in the field of diversity management prepared by the Responsible Business Forum. Diversity IN Check is a new formula of an earlier initiative, organized under the name of Diversity & Inclusion Rating.
